Americans blame<\/a> Trump for the government shutdown. Trump said \u201cI will be the one to shut it down,\u201d and that\u2019s exactly what he did. Now, workers across the country are struggling because they don\u2019t know when their next paycheck will come.<\/p>\n

Here are real stories of workers hurt by the Trump Shutdown:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cPeople need their money. I don\u2019t think it\u2019s right for us to have to use our sick days. \u2026 The man [Trump] only cares about himself.\u201d- Federal worker<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u201cMy supervisor told me we won\u2019t be getting paid, so my bills won\u2019t be getting paid.\u201d – Federal worker<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“We have about a month in savings and that’s it. That’s a struggle because an appliance can break, a car can need breaks. Just like everyone else, we’re one or two paychecks from being in serious trouble.” – Federal worker<\/a><\/p>\n
