These reforms, including creating a 9-day early vote period, establishing pre-registration for young voters, and consolidating New York\u2019s state and federal primary elections, will make it easier for New Yorkers to turn out and vote. As Democrats, we believe that making your voice heard by casting your ballot in elections is a fundamental right &#8212; that\u2019s why the DNC adopted its own historic package of reforms last year to encourage historic changes just like these.
