In response to Republicans calling out their own party for playing political games instead of working to pass bipartisan border security legislation, <\/em>DNC Rapid Response Director Alex Floyd released the following statement:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRepublicans have made clear they would rather do Donald Trump\u2019s bidding than secure the border \u2013 and now they\u2019re getting called out by members of their own party for pursuing a \u2018terrible<\/a>\u2019 and \u2018dumb<\/a>\u2019 \u2018stunt<\/a>\u2019 instead of supporting the toughest, fairest bipartisan border deal in decades. Voters should take notice from Republicans: The GOP is still more focused on \u2018terrible\u2019 stunts than delivering for hardworking Americans.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Republicans are going after each other for pursuing a baseless impeachment sham and admitting that it does nothing to improve border security.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
