Today, the Democratic National Committee and Democratic Party of Georgia took legal action against the Georgia State Election Board (SEB) to prevent Donald Trump\u2019s allies on the SEB from blocking the certification of the election. This lawsuit is to ensure that Georgia\u2019s State Election Board doesn\u2019t turn a straightforward and mandatory act of certification into a broad license for any county board member to try and delay or block the certification of election results and the will of Georgia voters.
