In response to JD Vance <\/em>cozying up to<\/em><\/a> ultra-wealthy Republican donors today in New York City, <\/em>DNC Rapid Response Director Alex Floyd released the following statement:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cJD Vance is spending the day before the debate with the people he\u2019ll always look out for: the Trump-Vance ticket\u2019s ultra-wealthy MAGA donors. Donald Trump already gave billionaires and big corporations massive tax handouts at the expense of hardworking, middle-class families the last time he was in office \u2014 and if given the chance, Trump and Vance will double down on their MAGAnomics priorities with their Project 2025 agenda to put the ultra-wealthy ahead of the rest of us.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JD Vance is rubbing elbows with ultra-wealthy MAGA donors, as he and Donald Trump promise to give handouts to the ultra-wealthy at the expense of the middle class \u2014 just like Trump did during his first term.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vance<\/a> on Trump\u2019s plan that would raise tariffs and raise costs for hardworking Americans: \u201cThis is a fascinating proposal<\/strong> and we could talk for a while about it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vance<\/a>: \u201cThe left attacked Donald Trump for those tax cuts and said they would make the deficit worse<\/strong> \u2026 I think we have a pretty common sense regulatory and tax agenda.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
