This loophole will undermine protections for people with pre-existing conditions and raise premiums for those who need affordable health care the most. Instead of letting Americans suffer from Trump&rsquo;s recklessness, Republicans should put an end to their party&rsquo;s efforts to sabotage our health care system.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Democrats believe health care is a right, not a privilege &ndash; and so do the American people.
